We are Producers and Processors
With over 20 hectares of walnut trees in production, every walnut kernel processed comes directly from our trees, ensuring complete traceability and exceptional quality.
Committed to a production process that respects both the product and the terroir, Bocerno Oil Mill favors a cold-press extraction, revealing an incomparable aromatic finesse.
Our walnut oils are made from extra-white kernels, sourced from organic farming. We work with single-variety oils, allowing each walnut variety to fully express its unique flavor subtleties.
